Frameworks
Sensemaking is where I build that second layer: structured ways to work through specific problems in the world of work. They come out of client work and research, not theory for its own sake, and they're built to be picked up and used.
If signals are the raw material, frameworks are what make them usable. Sensemaking is where I build that second layer: structured ways to work through specific problems in the world of work, like how AI redistributes who does what, what longer working lives mean for workforce design, and how to measure the human side of an organization with the rigor usually reserved for finance. They come out of client work and research, not theory for its own sake, and they're built to be picked up and used.
What's below is what I've developed so far, and keep refining. Use what's useful, and tell me where it breaks.
