Employment Values: defining a new way of value exchange and impact on measurements

What people come to work for is very complex. Organizations typically assume that the min amount they can get away in form of compensation and benefits would suffice (and that will not include front line, hourly, “giggers", lowest paid who ended up “essential” to our functioning during pandemic).

If we were to ask the workers themselves - we will find that what they value is very contextual and dependent on so many variables such as life-stage, personal circumstances, ambition and interests. How can organizations figure out what to offer and how to approach this complex puzzle of employment value proposition?

More importantly - how people analytics/workforce planning teams can find ways to quantify the impact of providing these values to business outcomes?

This framework helps you examine different employment values that could be included in the employment value proposition and explore the ways to construct measurements that link these values to organizational outcomes.
