I help organizations make sense of what AI and disruption are doing to their people, and redesign around it without losing what makes people matter.

In practice that runs across workforce strategy, HR transformation, workplace experience design, and technology roadmaps, the work that helps leaders answer one question: which work stays human, which gets augmented, and how you build a workplace where the drudgery is automated and people do the part worth doing.

The grounding is a consulting practice focused on human and machine collaboration, two books on human capital (Humans at Work and Humanizing Human Capital), teaching at NYU, and a lot of time on stages and on the page.

The throughline is treating people with the same analytical seriousness most organizations reserve for capital, technology, and lately tokens.
