Detecting the Signals That Matter
Every week, new technologies emerge, research gets published, and organizations experiment with new ways of working. Most of this noise fades quickly. But some signals point to genuine shifts in how work will be done, who will do it, and what it will mean.
This is where I track those signals, analyzing their implications across four dimensions:
• Work: What activities create value and how they're changing
• Workforce: Who does the work and how they're organized
• Workplace: Where and how work happens
• Worth: The evolving value exchange between workers and organizations
