April 2021 feedback round [reframe.work and work--bench]

Many new technology solutions / startups are attempting to change how the work gets done. However, HR might have limited visibility to all the innovation that is taking place and businesses might not be taking advantage of these new technologies that could improve the workplace experience. Startups could greatly benefit from learning how to best position their solution, the features that will have the most success/market demand, and how to understand and prepare for the complexity of selling into large organizations. The goals of these sessions is to connect the HR leaders with the startups with the purposes of improving their product (functionality, scalability, positioning), to help define the workplace experience ecosystem, and help start-ups understand where they play in it.

Note: these are not “sales pitches”. Main focus of the sessions is to provide and receive the gift of feedback.
