MIT Technology Review brought EmTech Caribbean to the JW Marriott in Santo Domingo on April 29–30, 2026, convening regional leaders around AI and emerging technology. I gave a keynote on the opportunities **AI-as-a-Service: A Labor Market Opportunity for the Caribbean**.
